BPSSC Havildar Instructor Selection Process 2026
The selection process consists of the following stages:
1. Written Examination
- Objective type exam (100 marks)
- Minimum 30% marks required to qualify
- This exam is qualifying only (marks not counted in final merit)
2. Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Height, chest, and weight measurement
- Candidates must meet required physical standards
3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Running, High Jump, and Shot Put
- Only candidates qualifying PST will appear in PET
4. Final Merit List
- Based on Physical Efficiency Test performance
- Written exam marks are not included in final merit
