ClearYourExam is an educational information portal that provides government job notifications, admit card updates, exam results, mock exams, and scheduled live exams. We aggregate publicly available information from official government sources and publish original educational practice content for preparation purposes.

3. Skill-Based Live Exams and Rewards

• Live exam rankings and rewards are based on measurable academic performance, including score, accuracy, completion time, and moderation decisions where applicable.
• We do not use random draws, lucky spins, or chance-based mechanics to decide leaderboard rewards.
• Participation does not guarantee any refund, prize, payout, voucher, or financial return.
• For platform accounting, wallet credits are treated at face value for exam entry, reward, and payout records.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the website's functionality.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use automated systems to access the website in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

6. Exam Integrity, Anti-Cheating, and Disqualification

• We may use timers, tab-switch detection, disabled right-click, blocked copy-paste actions, full-screen prompts, and related integrity controls during exam attempts.
• Any attempt to use multiple accounts, impersonation, answer-sharing, bot activity, developer-tool abuse, unfair collaboration, or manipulation of rankings may lead to attempt cancellation, reward reversal, payout holds, or permanent suspension.
• We may manually moderate suspicious attempts and override scores or rankings where fraud, abuse, or technical misuse is reasonably detected.
• Disqualified users may lose entry fee refunds, prize eligibility, leaderboard rank, and payout access for the affected attempt.

7. Wallet Credits, Expiry, and Payouts

• Wallet credits may be used for live-exam entry, credited refunds, and approved skill-based rewards.
• As of the current policy, standard purchased and earned wallet credits do not auto-expire. If we issue promotional credits with an expiry date in the future, that expiry will be shown in the offer terms or wallet messaging.
• Pending payout requests reduce the spendable balance until the request is approved or rejected.
• Approved payouts and manual reward fulfilment are processed manually. We target dispatch of approved UPI or bank payouts, and Amazon vouchers or similar rewards where offered, within 7 business days after verification.

8. Tax Compliance on Rewards

Where required by Indian law, we may deduct tax at source on rewards before crediting or releasing them. At present, single prize credits above Rs. 10,000 are handled net of applicable withholding under Section 194B. Winners agree to provide any reasonably required identity or tax information for compliance processing.

9. Content and Information

• All job notifications, admit cards, and results are sourced from official government websites.
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
• Always verify critical information (dates, eligibility, etc.) from the official source before taking action.
• Mock exam questions are for practice purposes only and may not reflect actual exam patterns exactly.

10. Intellectual Property

The website design, logos, original content, and mock exam materials are the intellectual property of ClearYourExam. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Clicking on advertisements or third-party links is at your own risk.

Advertisements are independent of reward mechanics. Clicking an advertisement does not improve rankings, increase prize amounts, unlock credits, or affect admin review decisions.

12. Virtual Credits and Advertising

Wallet credits, exam rewards, and leaderboard rankings are determined solely by skill-based performance and platform rules. Advertisements displayed on the website are served by independent third-party ad networks. Viewing or clicking advertisements does not grant credits, alter exam scores, influence rankings, or affect payout eligibility in any way.

13. Limitation of Liability

ClearYourExam and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. This includes but is not limited to:

• Errors or omissions in job notifications or results.
• Missed application deadlines due to reliance on our content.
• Technical issues or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

This website is not affiliated with any government body. The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

15. Modifications to Terms
