Are dates same every year?

Most are fixed (e.g., 26 January, 15 August, 21 June). A small set are 'floating' — like Mother's Day (2nd Sunday of May) — and need yearly verification.

Why is 28 February observed as National Science Day?

It marks Sir C.V. Raman's discovery of the Raman Effect on 28 February 1928, for which he won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930.

Which day is observed as Constitution Day in India?
